Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to manage penetration testing engagements across various systems within Wholesale Banking. You will coordinate with technical teams, owners, and vendors to ensure compliant testing and effective remediation.

This hybrid role requires strong project management, security knowledge, and the ability to translate findings into business impact while maintaining thorough documentation and meeting regulatory guidelines. Based in Mexico City area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating penetration testing engagements.
• Strong ability to document and track project metrics and compliance.
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Project and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage penetration testing engagements and coordinate with teams.
• Gather requirements with application owners.
• Liaise with vendors and manage SOWs.
• Communicate findings to staff and leadership.
• Support remediation by retesting vulnerabilities.
• Manage relationships with third-party pen-testing vendors.
