Qualifications

• Payroll and timekeeping expertise required.
• Ability to review payroll delivery and resolve exceptions.
• Knowledge of UKG/Kronos and CWS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach payroll and timekeeping colleagues in the US and LATAM teams.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, cuts, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Validate corrections, provide evidence to payroll approvers, and resolve exceptions.
• Support SOX controls, audit readiness, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and other functions on configurations and testing.
