Job summary

Tinuiti in Mexico City is seeking a Paid Social Senior Specialist to build, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll drive growth in new customers, revenue, and LTV by following playbooks and translating data into action.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/ Bliss Point, and senior channel leads, documenting learnings for the team. A hybrid model with in-office days at Reforma, CDMX is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years running Paid Social campaigns with hands-on builds, launches, pacing, and optimizations.
• Experience across Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Familiarity with Pinterest Performance+, Snapchat, Reddit; LinkedIn/X a plus.
• Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; translate data into next steps.
• Strong communication and collaboration; ability to mentor juniors and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare on-time, accurate updates and contribute to QBR inputs; explain results and next steps in plain language linked to goals.
• Own day-to-day campaign management across Paid Social channels; apply craft with the Tinuiti Way.
• Operate platform features and run small pilots; use Bliss Point signals to guide day-to-day optimizations.
• Monitor performance daily/weekly; run basic tests with predefined success criteria and keep budgets healthy.
• Manage a clear work queue and reduce rework; document learnings and share repeatable guides.
