Tinuiti seeks a Paid Search Specialist to execute and optimize Paid Search and Shopping campaigns for client growth. You’ll build high‑quality account structures, translate performance data into clear next actions, and apply Bliss Point insights to reduce waste and improve outcomes.

You’ll set Rocks with directional KPIs, partner across your Pod, and document workflows in a flexible hybrid model with in‑office days at Reforma, CDMX.

Formación

• 2–3 years of hands-on Paid Search/Shopping campaign management.
• Monthly budgets of $50K+.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with SA360 or Skai; familiarity with competitive tools.
• Strong analytics with GA/GA4 and Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search/Shopping campaigns aligned to client objectives.
• Prepare performance updates for QBRs.
• Operate platform tooling and apply smart bidding with guidance.
• Pull Bliss Point signals to inform day-to-day optimizations.
• Log issues and feedback to product/analytics channels.
• Deliver Rocks with directional KPIs and collaborate in the Pod.
