Sealed Air in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations, ensuring uninterrupted production support and on-time deliveries. You will manage internal warehouses and 3PLs, guiding a team of about 30 associates while optimizing transportation, inventory, and costs.

• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience leading warehouse, transportation, and logistics in manufacturing.
• Proven cost-reduction and operational improvement track record.
• Experience with carriers, 3PLs, and transportation ops.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Siteline).
• Understanding of Customs and IMMEX processes.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI management.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations to support production and on-time deliveries.
• Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and resource optimization.
• Develop relationships with carriers and 3PLs; negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, productivity, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve cost visibility and controls.
• Work with Customs/IMMEX, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service for seamless execution.
• Build a high-performing team with accountability and safety culture.
• Establish standardized processes to scale operations long-term.
