Sealed Air in Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Process Engineer to build the manufacturing process foundation for foam converting, die cutting, and assembly operations.

You will develop, document, standardize, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and strong cross‑functional collaboration with US/Asia teams.

This hands-on role on the shop floor will advance NPI, process documentation, and Lean initiatives across the site.

Formación

• Advanced English communication on global engineering teams.
• Experience in manufacturing process engineering within packaging or similar environments.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs, SOCs, and Standard Work.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and process implementation.
• Strong knowledge of process standardization, control, and operational excellence.
• Experience conducting PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/ DMAIC).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen optimization techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Build and standardize processes for foam converting, die cutting, and assembly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, SOCs, and Standard Work.
• Translate product designs into robust manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Lead PFMEA, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Global teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
