PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle P2D Manager in Consulting to lead client engagements within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, guiding teams in implementing Oracle solutions and driving transformation. You will oversee projects, ensure quality outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree required; English proficiency required.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or technology delivery.
• Experience leading Oracle P2D and finance-tech transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Leading Oracle P2D consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of Oracle-based solutions
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance business transformation initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address Oracle technology challenges
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Data Integration solutions
• Promoting process improvement and optimization within Oracle technology frameworks
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application environments
• Identifying opportunities for optimizing Oracle technology utilization and improving business performance
