Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer III to drive design and development of our Oracle CPQ platform. You will translate complex commercial models into scalable CPQ implementations and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and downstream systems.

You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, uphold engineering excellence, and deliver high-impact capabilities with urgency in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of software engineering with deep Oracle CPQ expertise.
• Strong CPQ development experience including BML, configurators, pricing, rules, approvals.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and deliver scalable, high-performance CPQ solutions.
• Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Zuora, PIM/PDH, and Oracle EBS/Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on architecture, design, and development of Oracle CPQ solutions (BML, configuration, pricing, rules, approvals).
• Drive high-quality, scalable implementations with focus on performance and reliability.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance in design, development, and problem solving.
• Implement cross-system integration across Salesforce (upstream) and downstream systems (Zuora, PIM/PDH, Oracle EBS/Fusion RMCS, FOM, SMC).
