Abbott Laboratories in Querétaro, part of the EP Electrophysiology division, seeks an Operational Excellence professional to drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, enhance cycle time, capacity, and customer satisfaction.

You will apply DMAIC, Six Sigma, and OpEx tools across manufacturing operations, coordinate space optimization, and lead KPI-driven projects in a high-growth healthcare manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years are preferred for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, administration, or similar field.
• +5 years of experience preferred in medical devices, pharma, automotive, or related industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and standard manufacturing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate layout administration and space utilization analysis for short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain and coordinate direct labor needs and establish labor standards.
• Lead tactical process improvement projects aligned with site goals.
• Evaluate processes to yield greater productivity and efficiency.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma/CI/OpEx projects, estimating effort and resources.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing or support areas.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing systems to measure KPIs (MOR/MOS).
• Generate and share project status reports and monthly KPI reviews.
