Abbott is seeking a results-driven professional to lead operational excellence initiatives at our Querétaro manufacturing site, driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects. You will define processes, improve cycle times, and coordinate space and capacity utilization to meet site targets, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.

• Education: bachelor's in science, Engineering, administration, or similar careers.
• +5 Years of experience, preferred in medical devices, pharmaceutical, automotive, electronic industry.
• Operational excellence/ lean concepts such as line balance, constraint theory, process flow map, continuous improvement tools (DMAIC, fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, etc.) Knowledge of standard regulations applicable to medical industry (ISO, FDA, etc.)., GMPs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate business unit layout and space utilization optimization.
• Maintain/direct labor planning to support year-over-year demands.
• Lead tactical process improvement projects with site goals.
• Evaluate processes to yield greater productivity and efficiency.
• Lead projects using Lean, 6σ, CI, OpEx, or other methods.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing or support areas.
• Support development and maintenance of manufacturing KPIs and MOR/MOS.
• Prepare and share Projects Status reports and KPIs.
