Pentair is seeking an Operations Sr. Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Reynosa. You will lead production teams, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain the highest quality while controlling costs.

The role focuses on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives, with emphasis on data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in senior supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production control, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and operational standards.
• Lead daily operations by guiding and supporting team leaders and operators, ensuring workplace organization and process discipline.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as applicable legal and internal training requirements.
• Analyze production performance data (KPIs, yields, and production order closings) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to address equipment failures and product quality issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage the procurement of production supplies and support monthly production order closings.
• Promote a culture of employee engagement, teamwork, and cross-training across the workforce.
