Corning Incorporated in Reynosa is seeking a Supervisory professional to direct the operations team and execute the plant plan focused on cost, quality, health and safety objectives, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

You will supervise hourly workers, provide coaching, review performance, ensure adherence to procedures and document control, and coordinate with plant support groups while maintaining IP protection and implementing training and certification plans.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Basic Excel and Word skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise the operations team to meet the plant plan.
• Provide immediate supervision to subordinates and coach as needed.
• Review team performance with members at regular intervals.
• Ensure procedures are followed and document control protocols.
• Protect Corning's IP and support training/certification plans.
