AMETEK Reynosa is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring targets are met with high quality and efficiency, coordinating activities and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s in operations management or business, 3+ years in manufacturing (PCBA/electronic assembly), Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong bilingual communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Experience in PCBA and electronic assembly.
• Lean / Six Sigma expertise with real-world application.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively to produce optimal results.
• Monitor metrics and trigger corrective actions for improvement.
• Align personnel and manage human resources on site.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and drive cost reductions.
• Communicate with external areas to remove roadblocks to improvement.
• Stay updated with production management best practices and AI applications.
