Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Senior Operations Leader in San Luis Potosí to drive performance across Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance. You will establish objectives, implement continuous-improvement initiatives, and lead a culture of accountability and results.

The role requires extensive experience in lean manufacturing, budget and KPI management, and strong cross-functional leadership to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Engineering or Business).
• 5–7 years general experience; 10+ years leading manufacturing operations.
• Experience in low-volume/high-mix, engineered-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Operations strategy for Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
• Lead and align supervisors and team leaders with strategic priorities.
• Manage capacity, resources, and budgets to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ISO management systems.
