HSBC Global Operational and Resilience Risk seeks a seasoned professional to guide capital management, stress testing and modelling of operational risk capital requirements. You will support local duties around behavioural risk, Notable events, MRT guidance and Executive Scorecard processes.

Formación

• Advanced English language
• Strong level of business knowledge and experience of operational risk specialist areas
• Strong level of risk management knowledge, including RMF
• Strong level of data management skills
• BA or BS University Degree or relevant professional certificate(s)

Responsabilidades

• Input on management of HSBC's Operational Risk capital (globally circa $15bn), pillar 1 and 2 and ICAAP for PRA submission.
• Support design and implementation of methodology, process, tools and policy for operational risk stress testing across non-financial risk.
• Contribute to PRA and EBA global stress testing exercises.
• Contribute to operational risk quantitative measurement capabilities (risk appetite, scenario analysis, capital modelling).
• Manage Reportable Incident reports and Notable Event investigations regionally.
• Conduct Whistleblowing investigations related to resilience risk in the region.
• Contribute to global operational risk framework design and local guidance variations with global team.
• Manage local regulatory requirements related to operational and resilience risk, including data quality validations.
