HSBC is seeking an Assessor Risk and Control to produce, consolidate and deliver information for Senior Management forums. The role combines strong Python and Power BI skills to automate data extraction, transformation and validation, with solid non-financial risk (NFR) knowledge to interpret risk metrics, controls and remediation plans.

You will coordinate across multiple stakeholder teams, develop entity-level dashboards with end-to-end traceability, and support regulatory and internal control

Formación

• Strong understanding of risk management framework.
• Proven problem-solving with lateral thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and prioritisation.
• Knowledge of automation tools and AI concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and enhance entity-level metrics and dashboards with end-to-end traceability.
• Automate recurring internal reports from extraction to publication.
• Track and oversee material and key controls testing and remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for high-visibility initiatives and regulatory matters.
