Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an NPI Technical Program Manager to lead the introduction of new electronic products from development through mass production. This role acts as the technical bridge between design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers, ensuring launches are on time, within cost targets, and meet performance and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
7+ years of electronics manufacturing or NPI experience.
Experience launching new products in high-volume or complex environments.
Knowledge of PCBAs, electromechanical assemblies, SMT/TH processes and equipment.
Experience with EMS providers or internal manufacturing teams.
Strong PM and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all NPI activities from prototype through mass production.
Serve as the primary technical owner during product transfer from R&D to Manufacturing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Test, and Operations.
Develop and execute NPI project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews to optimize manufacturability and testability.
Manage prototype builds, pilot runs, and ramp-to-production.
Define and validate manufacturing processes, test strategies, fixtures, and tooling.
Lead BOM reviews, process FMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and compliance.
Identify and resolve yield, quality, and reliability issues during builds.
Support cost reduction, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to NPI and manufacturing engineers.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
