Job summary

Venon Solutions LLC in Tijuana, MX, seeks a bilingual Project Manager to lead the Infrastructure workstream on-site. You will own the program plan, manage dependencies, and drive cloud migration, network deployments, and IAM delivery with cross-functional teams.

Role requires 5+ years' IT infrastructure project management, Spanish-English fluency, and the ability to work with vendors and facilities in Tijuana. Independent contractor with a 6-month initial term and option to extend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering or business.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure project management with delivery ownership.
• Experience delivering cloud migration and network/identity projects is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tijuana with bilingual Spanish/English capability.

Responsibilities

• Own Infrastructure plan across all phases with milestones and owners.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies and elevate options.
• Coordinate with peer PMs on parallel initiatives and cutover windows.
• Drive cloud migration readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage multiple vendor SOWs, POs, and deliverables.
• Engage local stakeholders in Tijuana and document status weekly.
