You will work primarily in manufacturing environments, researching and resolving customer network issues while maintaining firewall configurations as part of Corning’s Global Cybersecurity Operations. Formación

• 3–5+ years hands-on firewall experience.
• Experience creating and managing firewall rulesets and security policies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Monterrey and provide after-hours/on-call support.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate network issues and troubleshoot incidents affecting customers.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and related security appliances.
• Create and manage firewall rulesets, policies, ACLs, and routing configurations.
• Analyze firewall logs and security events using SIEM tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support vulnerability management activities and respond to security events.
• Collaborate with users and customers to implement appropriate network security solutions.
• Support manufacturing environments with minimal operational impact.
• Participate in after-hours support or on-call rotation as needed.
