Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior .NET Developer (Fintech) based in Mexico. You will build and maintain reliable financial services, focusing on payment processing, reconciliation, payouts, settlements, and fee calculations within a cloud-native microservices environment.

You will work with an international, fully remote team, apply AI-assisted development tools, review AI-generated code, and ensure code quality, tests, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial C#/.NET Core development.
• Experience designing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on with Azure, Docker, and AKS.
• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
• Demonstrated use of AI-powered development tools.
• Ability to validate, explain, and own every line of code.
• Strong emphasis on clean code and automated testing.
• Clear communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for payments and back-office ops.
• Design resilient async integrations (idempotency, outbox/inbox, sagas).
• Build scalable microservices meeting latency targets and SLAs.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
• Use AI-powered tools during software delivery and validate results.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Write clean code and automated tests; participate in code reviews.
• Own deliverables and proactively address defects.
