Job summary

Concord Servicing, LLC in Veracruz, Mexico, is hiring a Senior .NET Software Engineer to design, build and maintain financial applications used by business users daily. You will work on modern .NET services, integrations with internal/third-party systems, and data pipelines feeding analytics.

You’ll join a small, senior-leaning team that shapes how we design, test and ship, collaborating with Product, Compliance, Security and Data partners to deliver robust software systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, EF or Dapper, and DI.
• Strong SQL Server design, tuning, indexing.
• Experience with automated testing (xUnit/NUnit).
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to translate business rules into working software.
• Production issue diagnosis and proactive fixes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain applications and APIs in C# on .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API, background services)
• Write testable, well-documented code and review peers' work against agreed standards
• Lead technical design for multi-component features and mentor other engineers
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems through APIs and messaging
• Own features end to end: refine requirements with business partners, estimate, build, test, deploy and support in production
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Security and Data teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Implement security practices that protect sensitive financial data (encryption, authentication, authorization)
• Apply regulatory and audit requirements, such as data retention and access controls, in system design
• Troubleshoot production issues, find root causes, and fix the underlying problem rather than the symptoms
• Keep current with security trends and emerging technologies, and recommend what is worth adopting
