Jellyfish Group is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to craft high-quality static and motion content for diverse markets. You will collaborate with a global team, using AI-enabled workflows and a mix of AI-derived imagery, video, and branded assets.

Role emphasizes localization for markets, templated localization approaches, and delivering assets that meet client expectations across social, digital, and branded channels.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 6+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender).
• Knowledge of social media design best practices and asset optimization across platforms.
• Familiarity with Pencil Pro and AI tools to support design production.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teammates, PMs, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support and collaborate with the design team on creative tasks and timelines.
• Attend project reviews to understand the creative process and client expectations.
• Assist with adaptation and localization of content for different markets.
• Create assets using design software (Figma, Adobe Suite) as needed.
• Support the team by leveraging AI tools to streamline production and workflows.
• Create static and motion design assets while following brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Contribute to design ideas and develop visuals for social media and digital channels.
