Jellyfish is seeking a Design Director to lead a globally dispersed team, delivering high‑quality content across static and motion graphics for world‑renowned brands. You’ll guide localization, steer AI‑driven workflows with Pencil Pro, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure creative excellence.

You will drive design strategy, nurture talent across time zones, and embrace flexible work hours with remote options while maintaining brand integrity.

Formación

• 7 years of professional design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with globally recognised brands and adapting design for diverse markets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• In‑depth knowledge of AI design tools and best practice prompting.
• Experience leading diverse design teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools like Pencil Pro for content adaptation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a globally dispersed design team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality work.
• Participate in project reviews and align output with client expectations.
• Oversee production and adaptation of content across channels (static and motion).
• Use Pencil Pro to refine design processes and speed up adaptation.
• Collaborate with creative teams and project managers to ensure briefs are understood.
• Create content for localization and adapt assets for different regions and social platforms.
• Present ideas and design solutions to teams, VPs of Creative, and clients.
