Jellyfish is seeking a Design Director to lead a talented, globally dispersed team and deliver high-quality content for globally recognised brands across static, motion, digital, and social formats.

Reporting to the Senior Design Director, you will guide creative excellence, adapt assets for diverse markets, and leverage Pencil Pro and other AI tools to streamline workflows while staying ahead of design trends. Formación

• 7 years of professional design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with globally recognised brands and diverse markets.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• In-depth knowledge of AI design tools and prompting practice.
• Motion design and video editing expertise; 3D tools like Blender are a bonus.
• Experience producing digital and social assets for global audiences.
• Leading diverse design teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of social and paid media design best practices.
• Familiarity with Pencil Pro for content adaptation and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a globally dispersed design team, encouraging a sense of community and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
• Participate in project reviews, collaborating with the project team to ensure briefs are met and creative output aligns with client expectations.
• Oversee production and adaptation of content across multiple channels, ensuring both static and motion graphics meet brand guidelines and requirements.
• Use AI tools such as Pencil Pro to refine the design process and maintain high standards for static and motion designs.
• Integrate Pencil Pro capabilities to generate and iterate design assets quickly, optimizing workflows and speeding adaptation.
• Collaborate with creative teams and project managers to ensure briefs are understood and completed.
• Create content for localization and adapt assets for different regions and social/digital platforms while keeping brand integrity.
• Present ideas and design solutions to teams, VPs of Creative, and clients with clarity and influence.
