AgileEngine seeks a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a strong emphasis on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%). You will lead PoCs to migrate toward React Native and implement RTC features including WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP push notifications.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders on mobile architecture, tackle voice latency challenges, and drive performance in an Agile environment while working remotely from LATAM or Ukraine with EST overlap.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development on iOS and Android.
• Strong experience writing native apps in Swift and Kotlin (70/30 split).
• Exposure to React Native welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design PoCs to evaluate migrating to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Resolve voice, latency, and socket reliability issues in mobile apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and features.
• Review code and drive performance improvements.
• Work in an Agile delivery workflow.
