AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading PoCs to evaluate migrating toward React Native.

You will implement Real-Time Communication capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and tackle voice, latency, and socket reliability challenges, collaborating with client stakeholders on mobile architecture and features.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development across iOS and Android.
• Experience in Swift and Kotlin for native apps.
• Exposure to React Native is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Real-Time Communication (RTC), WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications and handling latency in voice/chat apps.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build PoCs to evaluate migration to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and in-app chat.
• Resolve voice-related issues: latency, sockets, push notifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and features.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements in Agile sprints.
