AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a 70% Swift focus and 30% Kotlin, while leading Proof of Concept work for React Native migration.

You will implement and optimize Real-Time Communication capabilities including WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP push notifications, and collaborate with client stakeholders on mobile architecture decisions. The role requires strong English communication and remote collaboration within LATAM/Ukraine

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on professional mobile development experience.
• Proficient in native mobile development for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin); PoCs for React Native experience a plus.
• Experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC) such as WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP architectures.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications (PushKit, CXProvider) and handling network latency in voice/chat apps.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build Proofs of Concept to migrate native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and in-app chat features.
• Resolve voice-related issues, latency, and reliable socket connections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and feature specs.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements in an Agile workflow.
