AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading Proof of Concept work to evaluate migration toward React Native.

You will implement and optimize Real-Time Communication capabilities including WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP push notifications, solve complex mobile voice, network latency, and socket reliability challenges, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders on architecture

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development across iOS and Android.
• Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) with dual-platform experience.
• Exposure to React Native and real-time communication (RTC) architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build PoCs to evaluate migrating native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Resolve voice-related latency, socket reliability, and push notification challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on mobile architecture and feature specs.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements.
• Work in an Agile delivery workflow with regular sprints.
