AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain native iOS/Android apps with a focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%). You will lead PoCs for React Native migration and implement Real-Time Communication features such as WebRTC and VoIP push notifications.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders on mobile architecture and critical feature decisions. The role requires strong English communication skills, 3+ years of mobile experience, and hands-on work with native and RTC tech.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience
• Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) with React Native exposure
• Experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC), WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications and handling latency

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize native iOS/Android apps (Swift/Kotlin)
• Build PoCs to evaluate migration to React Native
• Implement RTC features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and improve voice quality
• Address latency, sockets, and push notification reliability in live apps
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and feature specs
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements
• Work in an Agile sprint-based delivery process
