Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions. We are seeking a Lead Principal Engineer, Layout Design to drive physical implementation of DRAM and mixed-signal circuits, collaborating with circuit designers, CAD experts, and process teams to deliver manufacturable layouts.

• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Strong understanding of CMOS devices and layout.
• Hands‑on experience with IC layout and physical verification tools.
• Experience leading technical execution and delivering tapeouts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the layout build and physical realization of new memory products.
• Interpret device and circuit specs to implement layout meeting PPA and reliability targets.
• Develop hierarchical layouts for analog, digital, and memory circuitry.
• Build block and top-level floorplans optimizing placement, routing, power, and manufacturability.
• Optimize layout for die size, matching, noise, and timing.
• Produce layout collateral and documentation for cross-team integration.
• Lead resource planning and tapeout scheduling across blocks.
