ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Medical Technologist for a home-based position in Mexico. You will lead advanced laboratory analyses, support clinical trials, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or laboratory science.
• Extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting with QA.
• Proven ability to perform complex laboratory tests with expertise in medical technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork across functions.
• Proficiency in LIMS and EMR systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical lab practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyses per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee laboratory operations including sample processing, equipment maintenance, and QC.
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to support study design and methods.
• Interpret and validate test results, provide technical troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor junior staff, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement lab protocols ensuring compliance with standards.
• Assist with audits and inspections with documentation and adherence proofs.
