ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Medical Technologist to conduct complex laboratory analyses in a sponsor-dedicated model for clinical trials. You will own scientific operations, oversee sample processing and QA, and collaborate with clinical teams to align lab methods with project goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, extensive clinical lab experience, and proficiency in LIMS/EMR.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or laboratory science.
Extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting with strong QA/process understanding.
Proven ability to perform complex laboratory tests and analyses.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail for accurate results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
Proficiency with LIMS and EMR systems.
Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical lab practices.

Responsabilidades

Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyses per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Oversee lab operations including sample processing, equipment maintenance, and QC to meet accreditation standards.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support study design and lab method implementation.
Interpret and validate results; troubleshoot lab issues as needed.
Train and mentor junior staff, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
Assist with audits/inspections and document adherence to lab standards.
