Celestica Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for Equipment Engineering Manufacturing. You will gather requirements, design mechanical systems, and lead EOAT and fixtures development, aligning with production needs and site standards.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, and vendors, as well as project tracking, BOM management, and adherence to DFAA and 8D problem-solving methods.

Formación

• URS, SOW, and LOR documentation for custom automated machinery and tooling.
• Experience writing mechanical requirements and validating designs.
• Experience with vendor evaluations and 3D CAD assessments.
• Ability to lead in-house EOAT and fixtures design.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with operations, quality, and manufacturing to define mechanical process requirements.
• Lead in-house mechanical design of EOAT, fixtures, conveyors, and alignment mechanisms.
• Track long-lead components, materials, and BOM to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-site communication with global engineering and vendors.
• Apply DFAA, 8D problem solving, and preventive maintenance.
