You will help bridge basic engineering concepts with hands-on project support, gather requirements, evaluate suppliers, and assist with procurement tracking and FAT/SAT preparation. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Automation Engineering, you will split time between Turn-Key projects with external integrators (60%) and in-house control development (40%), gaining

Formación

• Entry-level automation engineer with a solid technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements and validate concepts with cross-site teams.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct shop-floor process audits and gather technical data to baseline performance metrics.
• Assist in PLC programming, ladder logic development, and HMI configuration.
• Support supplier evaluations and FAT/SAT activities for projects.
• Maintain project tracking and data analysis using Excel/Smartsheet.
