Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production in our Reynosa, Mexico, facility. The role focuses on developing and motivating the production team to boost productivity and efficiency, while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate across departments to meet targets, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational processes and overall performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
