Johnson Controls in Reynosa, MX, is seeking a Production Readiness Planner to support production planning, material coordination, and schedule readiness. You will align demand, inventory, and capacity to start production on time and ensure readiness for first runs.

The role emphasizes collaboration across planning, procurement, operations, and warehouse teams, with a focus on accurate data, timely communication, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in production or supply planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and planning parameters.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze schedules and inventory.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule production lines to meet demand and service targets.
• Coordinate readiness activities with material planners, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Track orders, overdue items, and delivery dates.
• Monitor shortages and support stock transfers for sub-assemblies.
• Assist with finished goods planning and deployment.
• Maintain planning data and job records to support execution.
• Support first production runs and ramp-ups with readiness follow-up.
• Communicate issues clearly to drive timely resolution.
