Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production at our Monterrey-area plant. You will develop, manage, and motivate production personnel to boost productivity and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, has at least five years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/production with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
