Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting production systems and business-critical workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical management and ongoing support of the Marketo-Salesforce integration and other marketing tools with enterprise applications.
• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, content, video and brand assets platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting marketing technology platforms, data flows, and automated processes.
• Serve as the primary engineering contact for marketing technology integrations during upgrades and implementations.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and documentation processes to improve supportability.
