Job summary

You will lead a team of marketing professionals, oversee agency relationships, and optimize the budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, luxury/beauty sector preferred.
• 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and vision.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches and lifecycle marketing.
• Mentor a growing team of marketing professionals and manage agency partners.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on KPIs with data-driven insights.
