Job summary

Celestica in Mexico (Apodaca) is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering to lead process development, optimization, and deployment for customer products. You will drive DFX initiatives, manage capability assessments, and guide the team toward quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities include implementing customer roadmaps, releasing full manufacturing processes for new products, and communicating critical technical and business issues to management.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFX).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and release of full manufacturing process for new customer products.
• Understand and provide feedback on customer technical requirements to team and management.
• Develop and implement costed, optimized feedback using DFX tools to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Plan and lead capability assessments using Design of Experiments.
• Set annual department plans and monitor KPIs; provide ongoing feedback.
