Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in process development and manufacturing for customer products.
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFX) and DOE.

• Understand and implement the customer technical roadmap and process development projects.
• Lead the development and release of the full manufacturing process for new customer products.
• Develop costed and optimized feedback using DFX tools and DOE methods.
• Develop, plan and lead capability assessments using Design of Experiments.
• Set yearly plans and goals for the department and monitor performance.
