Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Sr. Ops-Manufacturing Process Design Engineer to lead the optimization of production ecosystems. You will bridge R&D and shop floor by integrating full-line balancing with high-fidelity DES, driving a Right First Time global launch strategy and reducing post-launch changes.

The role requires deep industrial engineering expertise and strong data modeling to ensure efficient, scalable manufacturing for power and thermal products across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• A Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISE) or Data Analytics is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing process design for power products or automotive, with leadership exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI design integration with R&D to embed manufacturing constraints early.
• Balance processes to takt time, minimize WIP, maximize throughput.
• Translate line-balancing data into DES models to validate throughput before implementation.
• Lead DFM/DFA reviews to reduce ECOs after launch.
• Oversee virtual commissioning and validation including IQ/OQ/PQ.
