Vertiv is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to support new product introductions (NPI), plant transfers, capacity expansion, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years in NPI/APQP.
- Experience leading capital equipment or automation projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead manufacturing process design and validation for new products.
- Develop routings, work instructions, Bills of Process, and production standards.
- Define tooling, fixtures, handling equipment, and automation solutions.
- Support DFM and DFA reviews.
- Establish process parameters and acceptance criteria.
- Lead readiness activities through APQP/NPDI gates.
- Coordinate prototype, pilot, and production builds.
- Conduct PFMEA risk assessments.
- Support PPAP submissions and product launches.
- Ensure manufacturing deliverables meet schedule.
