Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee QMS administration and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations in Torreón.

You will lead quality teams, drive corrective actions, and ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a 2–4 year track record in quality, operations, or manufacturing processes and demonstrates strong decision making and problem-solving skills, with solid English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Manufacturing Processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) administration and continuous improvement.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and drive quality objectives.
• Develop and manage teams of quality specialists and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Engineering to resolve issues.
