Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and production operations, guiding cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality, cost-efficient outcomes.

You will drive productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance through continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with stakeholders and securing on-time delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading production teams and driving operational performance through KPI management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.
