Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive SQDC results. You will supervise production staff, promote a safe and collaborative culture, and ensure schedules and deliveries are met.

The role requires Lean manufacturing knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a track record of improving productivity and reducing waste in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading production teams and managing direct labor.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience monitoring and improving production KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate production employees while fostering a safe, collaborative environment.
• Ensure production schedules are met and on-time customer deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving.
• Reduce scrap and improve line productivity.
• Coordinate with materials and logistics to avoid disruptions.
• Support scheduling and workflow sequencing to optimize operations.
• Ensure quality documentation and processes comply with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and support customers.
• Participate in process innovation and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
