Vertiv Mexicali seeks a senior production leader to drive operations with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process control, ensuring capacity, quality and on-time delivery while guiding a large, skilled team.

The role demands extensive manufacturing management experience, staff mentoring, schedule development and cost-improvement delivery, with cross-functional collaboration to optimize capital spend and safety.

Formación

• Knowledge of manufacturing management disciplines such as production and inventory control.
• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities; ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Demonstrated leadership, energizing teams and project management.
• Lean trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, global environment.
• MBA or Masters in manufacturing / business / engineering preferred.
• Proven Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma back skills.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing systems and supplier/assembly processes.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and maintaining a budget and consistently checking financials for accuracy.
