Leviton in Chihuahua seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive product development and manufacturing transitions for electrical products. You will oversee ECRs, cost reporting and continuous improvement to optimize production performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, at least 3 years in a senior engineering position, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronics. Experience with DFM/DFA, PFMEA, control plans and ISO/IATF is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a leading engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ECR management, cost reporting and transitions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with DFM/DFA, PFMEA and control plans.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC standards and CAPA.
• Strong lean and Six Sigma improvement skills (Green/Black belt preferred).
• Proficiency in SPC, data analysis and ERP/MES systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering initiatives for product development and transitions.
• Manage ECRs, cost reporting and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive manufacturing process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Implement DFMs/DFAs, PFMEA and control plans.
• Maintain quality standards per ISO/IATF and IPC guidelines.
