ZF LIFETEC in Chihuahua, MX seeks a Process Manufacturing Engineer/Expert to manage quotations for new products and engineering changes, oversee equipment expenses, and develop efficient processes. The role includes creating manufacturing instructions, visual aids, and documentation to sustain profitability and continuous improvement across the product life cycle.

Candidates should have a mechanical/electro-mechanical/mechatronic/automation background, strong analytical skills, and proficiency

Formación

• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication.
• Experience with design of experiments for process improvements.
• Understanding of production line balancing and work measurement.
• Familiarity with sensors and PLCs for automated processes.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in new projects, engineering changes, and improvements.
• Develop new processes and document equipment/process details (manufacturing instructions, visual aids, checklists).
• Maintain profitability, effectiveness, and quality across product life cycle.
• Update and maintain equipment KPIs and capacity analyses.
• Collaborate with other departments to support process improvements.
