Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Manufacturing to oversee and manage large engineering projects, acting as the technical lead for internal and external teams. This role drives project outcomes from start to finish without direct people management responsibilities.

The position emphasizes coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, improving manufacturing machines, and leading process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs across high-volume environments.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in engineering projects.
• Designs mechanical changes to manufacturing machines.
• Selects parts and materials for design changes.
• Directs, reviews, or approves project design changes.
• Documents design changes.
• Evaluates mechanical processes and identifies areas for improvement.
• Implements design changes in facilities/production lines.
